The village of Thorner is thriving, with just four days to go before the start of the Leeds Festival

With just 4 days to go before the Leeds Festival gets underway, the people of Thorner are starting to see some changes.

Local businesses say profits are soring, as production crews use the shops and pubs as they set up.

Emma Waterland is from the Thorner Community Fund she told Minster fm despite antisocial behaviour blighting their village in previous years, plans are in place for 2009 to make it a success.
