Archbishop of York recruits on Twitter

Director of Communications appointed

The Archbishop of York has appointed his new Director of Communications by recruiting on Twitter.

Kerron Cross will take up the post in mid-September after seeing a message on the social networking site by Doctor John Sentamu.

It read "I am seeking a Director of Communications. Is God calling you?"

32 year old Mr Cross has told Minster FM "I suppose God moves in mysterious ways."
