Selby couple take legal action over their holiday

A couple from Selby are taking legal action against a tour operator after their dream holiday turned into a nightmare.

Julian Rudd and his girlfriend travelled to the four-star Hilton Sharks Bay in Sharm El Sheikh, where they were struck-down with illness.

Both suffered gastric problems, but he developed a condition called Reiter's Syndrome aswell which includes symptoms like arthritus.

The couple are now two of eight holidaymakers trying to claim compensation after visiting the Hilton Hotel in Egypt
