Kerbside recycling casuing a stir in York

Kerbside recycling continues to cause problems in The Groves area of York, as residents claim lives are being put at risk.

As many of the terraced properties don't have land to store large wheelie bins on, the pavements are being used causing obstacles for pedestrians.

Three petitions against the scheme will be considered by the City of York Council this afternoon.
