Shepherd in York get cash injection

Shepherd Building Group, based in York, is to get a £90 million cash injection from its bank HSBC.

The money will be used to take advantage of any new opportunities for growth to try and beat the recession.

The 19 year old private family business has seen operations in their domestic and international sectors expand.

A spokesperson from HSBC has told us: they're delighted to help out during this challenging time in the business market.
