Fans turn out to meet their favorite Only Fools and Horses characters

The stars of the stage play were in Hull at the weekend

Fans from far and wide turned out to meet their favorite Only Fools and Horses characters this weekend as a little piece of Peckham arrived in Yorkshire at The Mercure Hotel in Hull.

Live event host, Ryan Swain from Malton, was there to interview the cast of the show and all the fans.

He was at the show’s annual convention, now in it’s 21st year and on its first visit to Yorkshire.

The convention offered the opportunity to rub shoulders with stars including John Challis who played Boycie, Sue Holderness who played Marlene, Tessa Peake-Jones who played the role of Del Boy’s significant other Raquel and Gwyneth Strong who played Cassandra.

There was everything from hand signed memorabilia, an exhibition of stage sets and props from the TV program and a chance to meet and greet the stars of the show which was all included in the price of the ticket.

Ryan said

"It was terrific and so lovely to be invited personally to the event.

The fans who I interviewed had an incredible time,

The cast all to told me they loved Hull and had a cushty weekend been in Yorkshire for the first time."
