PICTURES: Firefighters in duck rescue drama

Firefighters in York have come to the rescue of a Mother Duck, who lost her ducklings down a drain.
They received a call from a member of the public who'd seen the distressed bird on Micklegate in the early hours.
Her babies had fallen down a drain and she was refusing to leave them.
As the RSPCA were not available, firecrews came to the scene and used specialist tools to rescue the ducklings.
