York man wanted for recall to prison

Police are trying to trace a man from York who is wanted for recall to prison.
Neil Friar (pictured) is 38 and is believed to be in the York area, but also has connections with Selby and Scarborough.
Anyone with information of his whereabouts is asked to call the police on 101 quoting reference 12200088605.
