Search goes on for the owner of a kitten that attacked police in York

There's a call for anyone who knows anything about this kitten to come forward after it tried to have a police officer's hand off in York.  (We did say tried)

The feisty 10 week-old,  a domestic breed, wasn't too impressed with being taken into custody by officers from @NPTYorkNorth

He puffed himself up to twice his size and launched what he no doubt thought would be a decisive attack.

Injuries were not serious and police quickly managed to control the  youngster who hadn't been in trouble with the law before.

Police say the suspect went all in for the attack but the officer was too quick and had superior training.
