Traffic concerns in Heworth

Concerns parents in Heworth say they're just waiting for an accident to happen, because of traffic passing through the area.

Busy traffic passing through Heworth has prompted called for a better transport infrastructure to be developed.

Local Councillor Tina Funnell says road safety needs a major boost, as many families are worried their children might get knocked down.

She's now calling for the City of York Council to invest more money in Heworth's development - and says she thinks the area's been neglected.
