There were a number of incidents at last night's York City v. Lincoln City match at Bootham Crescent.
The Minstermen lost 4-1, in a game which extends their run without a win to 15 matches.
A Lincoln City fan used a pyro flare, and decided to throw it, hitting a fellow fan.
There were also four ejections and pitch encroachment.
The York City FC Police have said, despite these incidents, the game passed off safely.
The pyro and pitch encroachment are to be included in their match report to the UK Football Policing Unit, which could have consequences for both clubs.
