Seven in a row for Scott Lincoln

The shot putter claimed the top spot yesterday.

Northallerton's Scott Lincoln has won his seventh British shot put title.

The 25 year old competed in yesterday's British Championships in Birmingham where he took the top spot.

The win also means that Scott - who trains at York Athletic Club - will represent Great Britain at the Athletics World Cup this month.

He is now aiming to qualify for the European Championships and the Olympics at events later this year.
