No jacket required at York Racecourse this weekend

It's the Music Showcase Weekend on Friday and Saturday.

Given the forecast for continuing sunny weather for the week ahead, racegoers in County Stand are advised that a formal jacket is not required, for the Music Showcase Weekend Meeting on Friday evening 27 and Saturday 28 July, only.

Gentlemen still need to wear a collared shirt and tie.

As every day offers different weather in Yorkshire, then the County Stand dress code for the Welcome to Yorkshire Ebor Festival in August reverts to its usual; jacket, collared shirt and tie, until advised of any change.
