Submit An Event
Please enter details of your event in the form below.
Event listings are completely free for charities and non-profit organisations.
Please note that we have to check your event before publishing it. We'll do it as soon as we can but it could take up to two working days.

We kindly request that you double-check your listing for accuracy before submitting.
We also appreciate every effort to ensure correct spelling and punctuation.
Information on Form Sections:
Address: Please tell us where the event will be: Venue Name, Street, Town, County. Thank You.
Entry Fee: Please enter a number only (we will add the "£" seperately). If your event is "free", enter the number "0".
Image: This is your opportunity to upload any photos from previous or similar events you wish to use. This is not a required field so don't worry if you don't have an image at the ready.
Top tip: the ideal image for our What's On is 450px x 250px. So if you're into image optimisation, go ahead and send in a 450x250 image. Don't worry if you can't, so long as you own the image we'll be able to use it.
File: If you have a leaflet or poster you wish to upload, users will be able to download it and get more information on your event. Again, this is not a required field, so you can still add your event without uploading a file.
Do you own this picture? If you do not own the image, we're sorry but we can't use the picture our website. Your event will still be moderated as usual and we may use a stock photo or category image for your event.
Start and End Dates: This is only the date of your event, not the dates in which you wish to promote your event.
If your event is Monday 1st January only, please put from "01-01-2018" to "01-01-2018".
Time: This is a 24 clock. If it is 1pm in the afternoon, please enter "13:00".
Please enter when your event begins and ends. If it ends at midnight, please enter "23:59" as "00:00" registers as that morning. Thank you.
Any photographs, images, videos, text, sound files or other materials in any format ("Content") that you make available to us by any means (whether by uploading it to our site or our social media pages, sending us links to other sites or otherwise) must meet the following criteria:
a)You are the sole legal owner of all rights (including intellectual property rights) in that Content, or
b)You have obtained the consent of the legal owner(s) of all such rights to make such Content available to us and grant us the licence described below and by making that content available to us you confirm that this is the case.
You (or your licensors) will retain all ownership rights in your Content, but by making Content available to us you grant us a non-exclusive licence (including the right to sub-license to our partner broadcasters and other third parties) to use, store, copy and adapt that Content and to distribute and communicate it (and any adaptation of it) to the public by any means. We take no responsibility for any use of Content by third parties (including other users of our site and/or social media pages) unless such use was specifically authorised by us.
