If you require a refund for a voucher you have purchased with us which is still valid you can request a full refund. This is what you have to do:
- Go to your voucher account
- Select the voucher you require a refund for by clicking Return Item
- Our vouchers team will then investigate your request and get back to you in due course

Get out and get together - Live Outdoor Concerts are back!
SOUNDS IN THE GROUNDS brings two weekends of great live music to the grounds of two of North Yorkshire’s most beautiful stately homes – Scampston Hall near Malton and Ripley Castle near Harrogate.
Audiences can come together and enjoy a line-up of best-loved and internationally renowned bands from their designated picnic patch which will be socially distanced from others but close enough to share the fun.
(All concerts conform to guidance from Public Health England regarding Covid-19).
In fully-staged productions with LED screens, the SOUNDS IN THE GROUNDS programme features:
- Beyond the Barricade (with special guest star Lockie Chapman, former lead singer of The Overtones) performing showstoppers from the world’s greatest musicals (29 Aug at Scampston Hall, 4 Sept at Ripley Castle)
- ABBA MANIA with flares, platforms and all your favourite hits from the Swedish Supergroup (29 Aug at Scampston Hall, 5 Sept at Ripley Castle)
- The Bootleg Beatles, the world’s premier Beatles band and a Glastonbury favourite (30 Aug at Scampston Hall, 3 Sept at Ripley Castle)
- A Country Night in Nashville, a celebration of country music with songs from its biggest stars both past and present (31 Aug at Scampston Hall, 6 Sept at Ripley Castle)
- The support act to every concert will be another Glastonbury sensation - The New York Brass Band, performing a different repertoire every night, from jazz to 80s to current hits – guaranteed to get you on your feet for a night of superb live entertainment.

- This voucher entitles the purchaser to one Standard Picnic Patch for 4 people to a SOUNDS IN THE GROUNDS concert at Ripley Castle in September 2020. (Patrons must be over the age of 3).
- This voucher is ONLY valid for the selected concert purchased and cannot be used on any other date or venue.
- This voucher will be your ticket to the event. Voucher must be presented on arrival to gain entrance to SOUNDS IN THE GROUNDS.
- This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- No change will be given.
- Tickets are sold subject to license.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Photocopies are not accepted.
- If for any reason the concert is cancelled ticket refunds will be made at the discretion of the promoter. Only face value of the tickets purchased will be refunded.
- Right of admission is reserved by the promoter and their representatives.
- The promoter and their representatives reserve the right to exclude any member of the public who behaves in an inappropriate manner.
- The promoter and their representatives reserve the right to search people when entering the arena.
- The promoter and their representatives reserve the right to change the programme without notification.
- Performances will take place in all weather.
- No seating or shelter is provided. Please bring your own chairs, but leave tables at home. Umbrellas are not permitted.
- The promoter of this event accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage or injury to person or vehicles (including contents) howsoever such loss or damage is caused.
- Items which are strictly prohibited and may be confiscated are: barbeques, fires or camping stoves, gazebos, tented structures, windbreakers, drones, professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses, flares, fireworks or smoke-emitting devices, lawn candles or any naked flames. Drugs (including legal/herbal highs) are not permitted.
- No animals are allowed in the arena apart from assistance dogs.
Please note that:
- You are advised to wear suitable footwear and clothing; this concert will take place even in wet weather conditions.
- Please bring a torch as the concert will finish in darkness.
- The concert takes place on a grassed area, access is via a field track.
- You are permitted to bring your own alcohol (including glass bottles) although we do ask that you drink responsibly.
This ticket is uniquely identifiable and will be checked at the gate. This ticket can only be used once. The promoter reserves the right to refuse this ticket. If multiple copies exist this ticket will only be accepted on its first presentation. The promoter’s decision is final.
