A film showing the streets of York around 100 years ago has proved a hit on social media.
The silent, black and white footage shows familiar locations around the city such as Petergate, The Shambles and York Railway station.
Where has the footage come from?
The footage is held by the Yorkshire Film Archive which finds and preserves historic moving images of Yorkshire.
After being posted on Facebook and Twitter by the British Film Institute (BFI), the footage has been viewed over 70,000 times.
