OTHER NEWS - York police warn of driveway scammers

Police in York are warning people about a potential scam, involving men offering to jet wash driveways then demanding extortionate amounts of money.
They say they've had reports of two vans - one silver and one blue - with Irish plates driving around the west of the City.
The occupants have demanded over five hundred pounds from householders for cleaning drives.
Police are advising people to ring 101 if they see the men.
