LATEST - Fire in a property in York city centre

Fire crews have been called to deal with a fire in a property in York.
It happened yesterday evening (Tuesday) on Castlegate.
Crews from York and Acomb dealt with the incident.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman:
"Our Acomb and York crews attended a mixed commercial and residential premises in the Castlegate area of york following reports of smoke seen coming from a window.
On arrival crews found a fire on the second floor of the premises.
Crews entered the premises using breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
All occupants were accounted for."
