Police in North Yorkshire investigate reports of explicit images shared on a chat forum

North Yorkshire Police say they are currently investigating reports of explicit images being shared on a chat forum.
They have said it's on a local area 'thread' but haven't given any more details yet.
What they are saying is this:
If your images have been shared without your permission or if you have any other info call 101 and quote ref: NYP-08072020- 0203.
We are working hard to investigate this incident.
We will update you when more is known.
