Crews from Acomb and York responded to a report of a house fire
North Yorkshire fire crews attended reports of house fire yesterday.
Forces from Acomb and York attended the scene in Acomb.
The incident happened at around at around 5.48pm.
On the incident summary they noted.
On arrival crews found that the fire was caused by a pan left unattended.
Crews used PPV to ventilate the property due to smoke logging.
