Crackdown on Sale of Knives to Under 18s in York

Concerns about youngsters carrying knives has prompted Trading Standards in York to take action.
It's reminding business that it's an offence to sell a blade to anyone under the age of 18.
But may store don't realise how far the Knives Act of 1997 actually goes - as it also included the sale of razor blades.
