Malton entertainer wins national award

An entertainer from Malton is celebrating winning a national award.

Ryan Swain - a former Minster FM presenter - won the National Choice Award at the National Entertainment Awards 2019, hosted in London on Sunday night.

Ryan Swain posted on social media on Monday:

"Absolutely thrilled to announce tonight in London I won The National Choice Award in the @The National Entertainment Awards 2019 and I’m totally over the moon. 

Thank you so much for all your support, friends, family, fans you all know who you are.  

I’m so proud to be bringing and putting my hometown of Malton and Yorkshire firmly on the map. 

Well done to all of the other artists and winners the UK entertainment scene is well and truly alive.

I’m buzzing like a beehive.

Thank you once again!"

Ryan Swain is a television, radio, live events presenter, DJ, MC and comedian.

He is best known as a live host and audience warm up artist and host at music festivals and live events nationwide.
