UPDATED - York City sacks another manager

York City Football Club has today parted company with manager Martin Gray.
The club has informed him that his contract will not be renewed and he has now left his post with immediate effect.
in a statement on line they said
The club's Board of Directors would like to thank Martin for his services and wishes him all the best for the future.
The Board of Directors provided Martin with all the necessary financial support to rebuild his squad this summer after the team had missed out on last season's promotion play-offs.
Regrettably, it is felt that a change is now needed.
Assistant-manager Sean Gregan is also leaving with immediate effect and the board thanks him for his services and wishes him all the best for the future.
Youth team manager Sam Collins has today assumed caretaker responsibility for City's first team
He will be assisted by City's strength and conditioning coach Stuart Parnaby.
Collins, 41, played nearly 600 senior games as a defender for clubs including Huddersfield Town, Bury, Port Vale, Hull City, and Hartlepool United.
He arrived at City in the summer after previously working as Professional Development Coach at League One club Bradford City. He has also stood-in as caretaker-manager at Hartlepool on three seperate occasions.
Parnaby, 36, played in in the Premier League for Middlesbrough and Birmingham City and joined City this summer.
Collins and Parnaby will now prepare the players for the Bank Holiday weekend games against Brackley Town and Blyth Spartans.
