Midfielder Adriano Moke and Defender Joe Tait have both agreed to stay with the Minstermen next season.
Moke, 29, has made over 100 appearances for the club during two seperate spells and started 34 games last season.
He made his debut for the club eight years ago and was a member of the squad that won both promotion to the Football League and the FA Trophy in 2012.
Commenting on his new deal, Moke said:
"I am over the moon and really excited and I just want to focus on looking forward.
"I have been playing at Bootham Crescent since I was aged 19-20 so it will be exciting to go and experience playing in the new stadium.
"I want to thank the Gaffer (Steve Watson) and Micky (Cummins) for giving me this opportunity to be on board with them," he added. "I love playing for this amazing club. It's 'home' for me. The main thing now is hitting the ground running next season."
Reflecting on his performances last season, Moke said:
"I gave 100 per cent every time. My team-mates, the Gaffer, and Micky really liked my performances and I am happy with that. I give it 100 per cent every time and I am going to give it 100 per cent next season as well.
"Our goal for next season is to get out of this league - go for it, think positive, and see where it takes us!"
Meanwhile, Joe Tait has also signed a new contract with the club.
Centreback Tait, 29, joined the Minstermen last summer after spending four seasons with Vanarama National League North rivals Spennymoor Town.
He made 26 appearances last season and also enjoyed a spell as team captain.
He said:
"I am delighted with this opportunity and I just want to repay the faith of the football club and the manager.
"He's a real positive guy who has created a fantastic ethos and a good environment around the place, and we just need to buy into that. I am sure he will get people running through brick walls for him and the club will be going in the right direction."
Tait, who impressed on his return to the City side in the final month of the 2018-19 season, said:
"I had found myself in a different role to what I had been used to during my senior career but I have tried to maintain my standards to keep training competitive in order for other lads to be ready for games.
"I kept my attitude right and the Gaffer has been spot-on. In the last three or four games, I have put in performances that have rewarded me with another opportunity to come and do well for the football club.
"I want to be a part of this journey. Under the Gaffer and Micky, I think we are going in the right direction."
