Should North Yorkshire have Speed Cameras?

One-in-five people in North Yorkshire want fixed speed cameras to be installed in the county.
We're one of only a few areas in the whole of the UK that doesn't have any - and motorists think it will help to improve road safety.
Grahame Maxwell, the Chief Constable of North Yorkshire Police says fixed cameras WILL arrive soon.

Mr Maxwell says the average cameras on the A1M are helping them prepare for permanent ones, as they continue to get the funding they need for them.
