A Strange Morning

Blogs > Ben and Laura's Breakfast Blog > A Strange Morning

17th March 2020

Things we talked about today…

A Strange morning we are all waking up to today, of course the show has been full of updates from the public and the professional’s including GP Mike Holmes. We would like to reiterate that we are here for you. We now have a page on our website dedicated to any Coronavirus updates, should you wish to publish any event cancellations, offers of help, or like wise open for business messages, please use this! We are at your disposal over these difficult times and we will get through this together.

We have taken the decision to carry on with our games as a bit of light relief for our listeners, just without prizes. So you have the chance to win a coveted spot in the Minster FM Royal family and become a King or Queen of the games. Panic is still worth £1000 until won!

Chances to win on air with Ben and Laura…

SCREEN STARS (6:20)

Can you work out the movie or TV show that is hummed by Laura…

This morning it was Sesame Street and Di in Boroughbridge won!

GAME WHEEL (7.30)
Today’s Game was Ben’s Big Jumble. Well done to today’s winner Caroline and Peyton!

 PANIC (8:15)

You can win £1000 until it’s won and a family ticket to York Dungeon if you can hold your nerve!

Wendy didn’t manage to complete the categories with the letter J so didn’t win the £1000, and dungeon tickets!
