This morning Ben and Laura were joined on the phone by dance teacher Chris Robinson, Chris explained how much doing a bit of dancing in the living room can help our wellbeing and productivity in learning something new. Check out this weeks lesson of him teaching The Waltz on our Facebook Page!

And we all thought it was a myth… but Black Jack and Fruit Salad Ice Lollies exist and they have been sighted in York! Yum Yum.. have you seen any?
