Cardboard Ben

Things we talked about today…

Ben hasn’t been well the past few days which has meant Laura had to do some filming on her own yesterday, but she couldn’t quite manage it without him. So she decided to create a human-size cardboard cut-out of him and take it with her! She did she she proffered Cardboard Ben as he doesn’t answer back and he wears a Christmas hat.

Ben and Laura spoke to Beverley from Ambulance Wish foundation this morning to find out more about the charity. The Foundation aims to give wishes to people who aren’t quite able to do it on their own. The team have specialist transport and staff, and organise trips and wishes free of charge. Ben took Nick to meet Santa at Castle Howard at the weekend! When asked what present he wanted he couldn’t remember, but he did remember to ask Santa if he would like to be Baby Kara’s Godfather. This christening is going to be a great party!
