Happy Top Gun Day! Yes that’s right, the iconic film actually has it’s own day. Ben wants to meet someone at the park for a tops off game of volleyball to celebrate the day.. any takers? No? Didn’t think so.

We were joined again today by Dr Mike Holmes who was on the phone answering your questions, today he discussed the new Lockdown rules and how we should look after our mental health by taking the opportunity to go outside more, however it is important to stick to the rules and continue social distancing and washing hands to prevent a second wave.
