Things we talked about today…
Ben has been struggling with home-schooling his son Nick and yesterday received a call from Nick’s teacher! She was just calling to check-in and asked to speak to Nick, but Ben couldn’t find him! He had started a game of hide and seek during his home school lesson.. I mean it doesn’t look great on the phone to the teacher. Don’t worry guys, we’re all struggling!
Quizzes are ruining the family! During lockdown one thing that has become very popular is video quizzes! Laura got involved in one last night with Sam’s family and got grief for knowing all of the names of Little Mix, she got 4 points for that one question which causes outrage! How have your quizzes been going?
This morning Dawn from St Leonard’s Hospice spoke to Ben and Laura about Dying Matters Week, she covered the importance of making a will and how we should try and have a healthy conversation about deatj, as hard as that can be sometimes. For more info on, search Dying Matters Week.
