Roxy is talking about being on The Island with Bear Grylls all this week as the show should be on TV soon…Today she revealed she went in to Mountain Warehouse to buy supplies and pretended she was climbing Kiliminjaro!

We launched the 2018 Listener Choice Awards and Roxy has agreed to sing on the night at York Barbican on November 13th if Ben agrees to a dance solo.

We had Panto Legend Martin Barrass on the show talking about a charity cricket match against the Emmerdale cast at Heworth cricket club on September 2nd raising money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
