Things we talked about today…
This morning Ben and Laura spoke to Abi from Musical Connections about a fantastic new idea that you can all get involved with at home. Musical Connections and Minster FM are teaming up to Make York Smile – just follow the Make York Smile page on Facebook and send us your videos of you singing, dancing and smiling to the chosen song which is Shotgun by George Ezra. We would love it if everyone in North Yorkshire can get involved and send in a short clip, landscape, of them singing the song. We can then edit all of these together to make a fantastic community sing a long video that will be premiered on Monday 6th April!
Make sure you check out the Ten Minute Tea Break today at 11am on the Facebook Page. Today, Laura and Ben are attempting a Jigsaw Challenge!
We thought we had rid of him, but he is back when North Yorkshire needs him the most – It’s the Town Crier! Yes that right, Ben has donned the suit and bell in his back garden to give us all the message we need right now – look after each other, stay at home and stay positive! You can check it out on our Facebook and Twitter.
We are continuing to bring you the latest updates regarding Covid-19 throughout the show, a reminder that we are here for you! Any plugs you need or info to get across, please go to our website and fill out our message board – or just give us a call!
