Things we talked about today…
Every parent knows the torment of a Paddling Pool, and with the hot weather yesterday Ben ended up in a bit of a sticky situation! He first has to pump it up with a pump that only connected to the car, so did this in the front garden. This took him over an hour as the paddling pool had wings and a unicorn’s head to blow up too! Then he couldn’t get it through the door so had to chuck it over the fence, fill it with balls and water, only for his son to only spend 16 minutes in it!
Laura has found out that many of her neighbours own chickens, they were all discussing the different breeds on the street WhatsApp group. She feels left out so she is now coming up with names for her imaginary chickens and googling breeds.
