Things we talked about today…
The RSPCA York & Harrogate District Branch have organized a fabulous online pet show! Peter from the branch was speaking to Ben and Laura this morning about all the fun categories, including ‘ You Dirty Dog’ and ‘Weirdest Sleeping Position’. Laura and Ben are very excited to be announcing the winners at the end too! To get involved, just head to www.rspca-yorkhome.org.uk, donate £5 and submit your pet pictures!
Ben almost had a run in with Yorkshire’s version of The Rock over the weekend. He has a new neighbor that has been having garden parties, and when Ben and his son Nick walked past, Nick said very loudly ‘is that the one who is breaking the rules dad?’. They were just going for a walk, but it quickly turned into a run!
Since Lockdown Laura’s fiancé Sam has spent a lot of time in his man cave with Laura complaining she doesn’t get to see him very often. He has come up with a solution so he can see her every morning, he scanned her face on the new printer and wrapped it around his lampshade. As she is the light of his life, he thought making a Laura Lamp would be a good idea. Laura thinks it looks very creepy like he’s made furniture out of her skin. Weird.
And don’t forget to tune in to the Ten Minute Tea Break on Facebook Live at 11 today! Ben and Laura are back with Pictionary this morning!
We are continuing to bring you the latest updates regarding Covid-19 throughout the show, a reminder that we are here for you! Any plugs you need or info to get across, please go to our website and fill out our message board – or just give us a call!
