Things we talked about today…

York’s Good Food Festival comes back to York tomorrow with a massive variety of fantastic food and drink stalls for you to peruse. And there will be free samples… of everything… including cheese. What is not to love?

A few weeks have now passed since going back to school and it sounds like it didn’t take long for mistakes to be made! Laura’s mum accidentally tried to give a glass of milk to a child in the nurses room who was having a meltdown to calm him down, turns out he was having a melt down because he had knocked someone’s by accident teeth out and the teeth were being preserved in the glass of milk! And Andrea got in touch to say she had written a poem for all of those youngsters that find it nerve racking to pop your hand up at a new school when you need the loo! The poem is fabulous and we are sure it will have helped them all out!

And it is official Talk Like a Pirate Day today… we’re not sure why but Laura had waited the whole show to tell Ben her Pirate joke. What is a Pirates favourite letter? RRRR? No! It be the C!
